The ECD oversees the creative vision and direction of projects, managing creative teams and ensuring that the agency’s work aligns with client goals and brand standards. They are responsible for guiding concept development, approving final creative outputs, and maintaining high-quality standards across all campaigns. ECDs collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective creative solutions. Their experience often includes years of work as creative directors or in similar roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing their leadership and creative achievements.
