Job Description

EBAD is seeking a Certified Electrician to perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Must follow California Electrical Code (CEC), prioritize safety, and work independently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on-site.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems.

  • Ensure compliance with CEC, OSHA, and local regulations.

  • Maintain accurate on-site records of work and materials.

  • Coordinate with on-site supervisors and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Valid California General Electrician License(Required).

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical experience.

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of CEC, NEC, and on-site safety practices.

  • Experience troubleshooting complex equipment.

  • Must be able to innovate and analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action so as to solve operating equipment problems.

  • Complies with OSHA safety and health rules.

  • Reads, interprets and understands equipment manuals, schematic diagrams and blueprints.

  • Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated heights.

  • Able to lift 70 lbs.

  • Able to work outdoors in cold and hot weather.
