Job description

EB-5 Account Executive

Company Description EB-5 USA empowers global investors to obtain U.S. permanent residency through structured EB-5 investments of $800,000. The company has a strong track record, with 100% I-829 petition success and over $500 million in funded projects. EB-5 USA specializes in guiding investors through the complex immigration and investment process with transparency and professionalism. The organization focuses on high-quality projects and rigorous due diligence to help investors achieve both immigration and financial goals.

Role Description The EB-5 Account Executive role is a full-time, remote position. The individual in this role will manage relationships with prospective EB-5 investors, respond to inquiries, and provide clear updates on project status and immigration milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing investor communications, marketing our services and coordinating documentation for investments, while liaising with internal teams and external partners such as immigration attorneys and project sponsors. The role also involves addressing investor concerns promptly and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with the EB-5 Program
  • Professionalism, positive attitude, perseverance, mental toughness, and initiative in the face of challenges
  • Strong Investor Relations skills, including relationship management and investor communication.

Preferred:

  • Solid Finance and Investments knowledge, with the ability to explain EB-5 structures and project economics.
  • Extensive knowledge of the EB-5 space, including regional center compliance, targeted economic areas (TEAs), and I-526E/I-829 filings. 
  • Bilingual in either Hindi, Chinese, or Vietnamese
  • Series 7/63/65 licensing
  • Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities to assess project feasibility and investment performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in immigration-related investments, private equity, or real estate development is beneficial.

Compensation Range: EB-5 USA offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards, monetary and non-monetary, designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. Along with base compensation, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a 401(k) plan with a generous match, and recognition rewards. For this role, the base compensation is $30,000 with uncapped bonuses (yr 1 target ~100,000).
