Schedule: 3 twelves a week, rotating weekends

Founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists in the eating disorder space, ERC Pathlight now treats over 6,000 patients per year, operates more than 30 facilities in 7 states and delivers tele-healthcare to patients nationally. We offer the most comprehensive treatment program in the country for patients who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety and trauma-related disorders.

How youโ€™ll serve our patients

As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

As a member of the nursing leadership team, this role support teammates in providing a safe environment for patients and teammates through the coordination and evaluation of the unit under the general direction of the Nurse Director.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
  • Ensure efficient and effective unit operations including sufficient supplies and adjust staffing as necessary
  • Direct supervisor of nursing team performance of duties
  • Responsible for completing monthly audits and checklists
  • Assure unit compliance with policies and procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements including reviewing and following up on incident reports
  • Serve as a resource and primary point of contact regarding clinical questions, policies, and procedures
  • Assist teammates with patient care responsibilities including milieu and crisis management
  • Provide direct patent care as necessary
  • Ensure teammate compliance with competencies, training, and education in conjunction with nurse educator
Must haves
  • State Licensure as an RN
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (B.S.N.) from four-year college or university (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of Nursing experience (Required)
  • Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Compensation starting range for the House Supervisor role is $49.52- $60.21.

Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
