Registered Nurse (Floor RN โ€“ Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility)

Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado

Pay Range: $41 - $49/hr Schedule: Full-Time Day, 3 x 12's and every other weekend rotation

What You'll Do

As a Floor RN, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting.
  • Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
  • Assisting in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
  • Documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with state and federal standards.
  • Supporting patients and families with education and resources to encourage long-term wellness.
What We're Looking For
  • Current RN license (in good standing).
  • ADN considered with relevant experience.
  • Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not requiredโ€”training provided.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
