Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions with stable, low-acuity adults through live video consultations.
• Assessing patient needs to develop personalized therapy goals and treatment plans that align with their individual circumstances.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities to foster positive change and emotional resilience among your clients.
• Providing ethical and compassionate support while helping clients navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Educational Requirement: A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensure: Must possess a valid state license, which can be one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating thorough knowledge of mental health care protocols.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic, client-centered approach are essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote therapy, ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on hours worked and caseload. Additional benefits include:
