• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Deliver individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Implement specific therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, to facilitate client healing and well-being.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and interventions.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and effective care.
• Provide crisis intervention and create safety plans as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment sessions following ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. You will work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing issues such as relationship challenges, personal trauma, emotional distress, and mental health disorders. This role is crucial in empowering clients to confront their difficulties while nurturing their strengths and fostering resilience.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• Proven ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations may be viewed favorably. Experience in trauma-informed care and family therapy strategies is also a plus, as we strive for a comprehensive, holistic approach.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
