Job Description
Travel Scrub Tech - Surgery
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 3-4 call shifts per month.
Job Description
The Travel Scrub Tech will be part of a fast-paced surgical team, providing support in a variety of surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Ensure the operating room is sterile and ready for surgical procedures.
  • Work alongside surgeons and nursing staff to provide quality patient care.
  • Participate in and support the surgical team during procedures.
  • Manage post-operative care and ensure patient safety during recovery.
Required Experience / Certifications
  • Current BLS certification.
  • CST certification preferred.
  • Experience in General, GYN, Robot, Urology, Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho cases is required.
  • Preferred experience in Vascular and Cardiac procedures.
