Your work helps protect property, minimize further damage, and restore homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition.Responsibilities include:Respond to residential and commercial emergency restoration projectsPerform water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigationRemove damaged building materials through controlled demolitionClean, sanitize, and deodorize affected areasPack, move, and inventory customer belongings with careOperate restoration equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, extraction equipment, and specialty toolsSet up and monitor drying equipmentComplete job documentation using company softwareCommunicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration processMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow OSHA safety standards and company proceduresWear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including full-face respirators when necessaryWork closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer serviceWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who:Have a positive attitude and strong work ethicEnjoy physical, hands-on workAre dependable and willing to learnWork well independently and as part of a teamTake pride in providing outstanding customer serviceCan remain calm and professional during emergency situationsWant to build a long-term career instead of just finding another jobExperience in restoration or construction is helpful but not required.
