Certified Surgical Technician - Open Heart Experience

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician with open heart experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in total knees, hips, shoulders, spine, and XI DaVinci procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in surgical procedures with a focus on maximizing patient safety and efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgery.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Handle and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Certification as a Surgical Technician (CST).
  • 1-2 years of experience in surgical settings, preferably with open heart procedures.
  • Experience with XI DaVinci surgical systems is preferred.
