Your Impact:
- Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management
- Collaborate with the Sales Support Specialist, ESCO Territory Managers, and the Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory levels, validate material allocation, and proactively support future project demands and order fulfillment
- Cross-reference lighting manufacturers' part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate specification matching, competitive replacements, and effective support for customers, distributors, and sales teams
- Create and manage opportunities in the CRM
- Utilize CRM, P21, IAV report, and Excel to manage ESCO & NA projects
- Maintain project visibility through management and reporting tools (Excel & CRM) to track status, timelines, and on-time delivery
- Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure they are closed properly
- Receive and process ESCO customer purchase orders, allocating material appropriately while verifying inventory accuracy
- Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with ESCO customers to drive product demand
- Assist the ESCO team in processing time-sensitive purchase orders
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring:
- Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role
- Lighting product knowledge preferred but not required (for Hybrid); Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required (for Remote)
