• Provide ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health goals, including coping strategies and personal development.
• Facilitate insightful discussions to help clients explore their emotions, relationships, and mental health challenges.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who seek help with a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and coping strategies. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• You must possess one of the following fully recognized licenses without any restrictions: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Prior to applying, please ensure that you hold no provisional licenses and have no pending disciplinary actions against you.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a sincere commitment to helping others is essential.
• Proficiency in digital tools and applications, with the ability to navigate our therapist platform effectively.

• Previous experience counseling clients through video platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and other evidence-based practices.
• Experience in a community health setting is a plus, enabling you to understand the unique challenges faced by low-acuity clients.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional compensation includes a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring that your health and well-being are prioritized.
