• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video platforms, maintaining ethical and compassionate standards.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans that target specific mental health challenges while tracking and assessing client progress throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Engage clients in reflective exercises to help them gain insights into their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor the progress of clients, providing encouragement and strategies to build healthy coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with our remote team to ensure comprehensive care for each client and participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present a range of common mental health concerns. This population includes individuals coping with mild anxiety, stress-related issues, and general life adjustments. Our goal is to empower these clients by teaching them vital life skills that enhance their well-being and overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess an independent and unrestricted license to practice, such as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• No provisionally licensed or limited licenses will be accepted.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with an empathetic and caring nature.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools and technology to facilitate remote counseling.

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to engage with a diverse client demographic.
