Work Environment

This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows for a flexible schedule, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact in the lives of others. You will utilize telehealth platforms to engage clients and connect with healthcare teams seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work proactively with clients to prevent crises by implementing early intervention strategies and therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain crisis alerts for coordination with county service providers, ensuring timely responses to any emergent situations involving patients.
  • Oversee and facilitate transitions for clients recovering from inpatient services, coordinating with hospital staff for smooth discharges and follow-up care.
  • Document patient interactions thoroughly and assist in continuity of care by sharing pertinent information with authorized team members.
  • Engage in regular consultation and training sessions with colleagues to enhance therapeutic practices and share insights on complex cases.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse group of patients who present with varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. This position requires the ability to build rapport quickly with individuals from various backgrounds and maintain a culturally sensitive approach to therapy. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • An active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Proficient knowledge of telehealth practices and experience with remote counseling platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and understanding in both verbal and written formats.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients facing a range of psychiatric, social, and emotional challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
