Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the capacity to provide high-quality counseling services from the comfort of your home. Our clinic promotes a flexible work schedule, accommodating your personal and professional needs while maintaining excellent client service. Key Responsibilities
  • Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours of occurrence to ensure accountability and service continuity.
  • Participate in an after-hours phone rotation to provide care coordination support when necessary.
  • Engage proactively with participants to mitigate the need for crisis services and maintain a preventive approach to mental health care.
  • Establish and maintain crisis alerts in collaboration with county crisis services, ensuring a prompt response for participants in need.
  • Document and uphold treatment plans and assessments diligently, facilitating ongoing evaluation of client progress.
  • Work closely with community resources and support systems to enhance the services provided to each participant.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Telehealth Professional Counselor, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your role will be crucial in providing therapeutic support over digital platforms, ensuring that clients receive the care they need in a convenient format that respects their circumstances and preferences.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Proven ability to quickly and accurately assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience in intervening and treating emergent mental health issues effectively.
