Coordinators must also collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents, which requires strong communication and organizational skills. Balancing these responsibilities while maintaining compliance with special education laws is essential for success in this role.

What is an Easy IEP and what does it involve?

Easy IEP is a web-based software system used by schools and educators to create, manage, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. The platform streamlines the IEP process by providing templates, automated forms, and compliance checks to ensure IEPs meet federal and state requirements. It also allows for collaboration among teachers, administrators, and parents, making it easier to monitor student progress and update plans as needed. Easy IEP helps ensure that all students receive the appropriate accommodations and services outlined in their IEPs.
