At the Manchester Commons community in Erie, personal care, skilled nursing, and our unique community for people living with dementia are all within a single building. The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and toileting, to ensure good hygiene, grooming and self-esteem, serves meals or monitors eating/drinking, accompanies residents to various activities, assists with admission, discharges and transfers of residents to promote continuity of care.
