Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Telehealth Professional Counselor, licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, to join our team at Easy Calming Mind Wellness Clinic. In this full-time remote position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing community mental health by offering therapeutic support and resources. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours when necessary to ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
  • Manage after-hours phone support on an alternating basis for care coordination and emergency consultations.
  • Actively engage with clients to promote the use of coping strategies, reducing the likelihood of crisis situations.
  • Maintain open communication with county crisis services through the timely completion of crisis alerts for relevant participants.
  • Document all interaction and interventions as per best practice guidelines and organizational policy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing various challenges related to mental health. You will primarily focus on providing supportive therapy to adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health concerns. Your approach will be client-centered, empowering each individual to achieve their personal goals for recovery and well-being.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans swiftly and accurately.
  • Strong skills in intervening during emergent mental health situations, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills that foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a telehealth environment preferred; strong comfort with digital communication platforms.
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and ability to develop crisis management plans.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from **$100,000 to $105,000**, depending on your caseload and experience.
