Position Highlights/Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Support key accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
  • Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries
  • Assist with financial reporting, audit preparation, and annual financial statements
  • Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and policies
  • Process payments and maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and 1099 tracking
  • Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices and payment status
  • Help monitor department budgets and ensure accurate financial tracking
  • Provide backup support for payroll, accounts receivable, and other finance functions
  • Assist with improving processes and strengthening internal controls

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Hybrid work model: During training, up to 3 days per week in the Wilsonville office; potential for more remote flexibility after onboarding
  • Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, typically between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
