Easy Start Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Rehabilitation Center located in Miramar Beach, Florida. This full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually. The rehabilitation center is a warm and welcoming facility dedicated to patient wellness, offering a variety of rehabilitation services tailored to the needs of our community. As a physical therapist onsite, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for our patients. Our focus is on outpatient orthopedics, with a particular preference for spine-related cases, allowing you to apply your expertise in impactful ways.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique needs and personal goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that enhance patient mobility, strength, and overall function, while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Make independent clinical decisions to address patient needs and adapt treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Review, interpret, and educate patients and their families about rehabilitation programs, objectives, and policies critical to care continuity.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress, treatment methods, and outcomes in compliance with facility policy and state regulations.
• Ensure adherence to patient rights, confidentiality, and care standards by promoting a culture of respect and professionalism.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement in services and operational efficiency.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives to promote health awareness and preventive care.
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs for documentation and communication, enhancing workflow efficiency.

The primary focus of our rehabilitation center is on outpatient orthopedic patients, specifically those recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries. You will work with a diverse range of patients, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals dealing with chronic pain. Our comprehensive approach to rehabilitation ensures that each patient receives personalized attention and evidence-based care tailored to their specific recovery journey.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Must hold a current and valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida, with the ability to maintain licensure in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification is required at the time of hire or must be obtained during orientation and should remain current throughout your tenure.

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics is highly desirable, with additional favor given to candidates familiar with spine-related rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems as well as performance tracking software is a plus.
• Experience working in a team-oriented rehabilitation setting is advantageous.

• The role offers a competitive annual salary between $120,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience.
