Position Overview

Easy Way Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Remote Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Develop tailored, culturally relevant treatment plans that reflect the individual dynamics of clients and their families.
• Utilize trauma-informed methodologies throughout all therapeutic services, ensuring sensitivity to clients' histories and presents.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate holistic care, effectively communicating updates and integrating feedback.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment progress notes, service plans, and case management records to fulfill regulatory standards.
• Carry a designated client caseload, effectively managing time and resources to ensure quality care is provided to each individual.
• Respond to crisis situations by assessing immediate needs and providing appropriate interventions to stabilize clients and connect them with additional resources as needed.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.
• Assist with any other duties as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will focus on serving a wide array of clients, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. You will work closely with diverse families, including those from historically marginalized communities, further emphasizing our commitment to cultural competence in therapy. Our clients often seek support during challenging life transitions and crises, and your empathetic approach will be crucial in helping them navigate these experiences effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).
• Active clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California; applicants must not require supervision for practice.
• Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in practice.
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive care and a deep understanding of the social determinants of mental health.
• Regular and acceptable attendance to ensure the continuity of care and effective teamwork.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with 2 to 4 years of direct clinical experience working with vulnerable populations, demonstrating a passion for mental health advocacy and patient-centered care. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy practices will be a significant advantage in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
