WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Financial Coordinator in our fertility clinic, you play a big role in ensuring the patient fully understands their benefits in relation to the recommended treatment. Every day you ensure questions are answered in a timely manner and patients have all the necessary benefits information needed to make a solid decision to begin their treatment cycles. You will obtain treatment authorizations. With a friendly demeanor, you educate and communicate with patients through email, in-person, or by phone. You love helping others while keeping our operations running smoothly. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

·        3+ years' experience with insurance benefit verification in a medical office setting.

·        Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with strict attention to detail.

·        Strong communication skills both verbal and nonverbal.
