Part-Time Nanny Positions Available – Orlando & Winter Park

Applicants must have at least 3 years of professional childcare experience, be able to pass a background check, and have reliable transportation to be considered.

Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is currently hiring part-time nannies for multiple families in the Orlando and Winter Park areas.

Families are seeking dependable, attentive, and nurturing nannies to provide quality care during scheduled hours. Nannies should be comfortable following established routines, supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, engaging, and positive environment.

Current Open Positions

Orlando – Near MCO Airport | 7-Year-Old

  • Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 3:00–7:00 PM

  • Plus an additional four hours on another day each week

Winter Park | 6-Year-Old and 4-Year-Old

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00–7:00 PM

  • Wednesdays begin at 1:45 PM

Winter Park | 2-Year-Old

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30–5:30 PM

Compensation

$22–$25 per hour, depending on the position and experience.

Responsibilities include ensuring the children’s safety and well-being, engaging them in developmentally appropriate activities, following family routines, and maintaining open communication with parents. Nannies are expected to communicate promptly regarding any concerns or issues that arise while on shift.

As a Twinkle Toes nanny, you’ll also have opportunities to pick up optional babysitting, backup care, and event-childcare shifts with other families, providing additional flexibility and the potential to increase your hours.

  • Experience in professional childcare for at least three years, demonstrating a commitment to nurturing and safety.
  • Ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities that support their developmental milestones.
  • Proven track record of maintaining open and proactive communication with parents, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Capability to follow and adapt to established family routines, providing consistency and comfort for children.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or emergencies calmly and effectively.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability for scheduled hours.
