Belair is a heavy commercial construction company featuring four specific business units: Earthwork, Site Utilities, Demolitions, and Environmental Remediation. The company was established in 1949 at New Brighton, Minnesota. In 1995, an independent office was established in Denver Colorado. Belair (Denver) is comprised of approximately 65 employees. The corporate headquarters in Minnesota consists of approximately 50 employees. Belair's focus is to provide totally integrated earthwork services, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. The organization promotes continuing education, we seek value engineering in all of our projects, and we pride ourselves in our ability to serve the needs of our stakeholders.
Job Description
Major duties include on-site equipment and personnel direction / coordination, daily tracking and reporting of productions, review and approval of daily timecards, managing of extra work and Change Orders for small to large commercial construction projects, assists the Project Manager with project scheduling, implementing scope and cost changes, and ensuring safe site conditions. The Field Supervisor is responsible for 1-3 projects simultaneously. This position will require limited travel within the US.
