Systems and network administration supporting GIS CAD operations. Database management operations analyzing GIS systems requirements and defining work requirements. Designing and developing GIS production and user interface tools. Analyzing, designing, and developing GIS program language components to produce, test, and implement mathematical modeling systems functions. Estimating costs for GIS tasks to include staffing and hardware utilization requirements. Projecting GIS Service Center workloads and recommending hardware and software upgrades to meet upcoming requirements. Developing Enterprisesystems and applications using Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) server technologies that include Javascript, API, and ArcGIS Online. Understanding of frameworks such as Bootstrap, Breeze, JQuery and Dojo. BA/BS in Geography, Natural Resources Management, Earth Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Sciences.
