Reporting to the Sales and Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the rental of the apartments . The main responsibilities Perform the various rental steps Ensure a sales journey and a customer experience according to company standards Achieve monthly established rental goals Maintain rigorous follow-up of prospects and customer files. Keep the database up to date. Maintain CRM and rental tools Desired results Achieve and maintain the rental results set monthly Respect the rental process standardized by the company while optimizing the pre-established customer journey Follow up on prospects and enter all prospect information in the CRM database Skills and aptitudes Driven by rental goals, proactive and focused on customer service and results Possess a high spirit of persuasion Strong ability to develop and maintain customer contact High sense of initiative and autonomy Rigorously maintains prospect requests and rental follow-ups * Please note that the schedule is flexible and includes weekends.
