Job description

Location: 317 WINCHESTER ST, KEENE, NH, 03431 The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality McCafe beverages while delivering fast, friendly service. This role ensures beverages meet McDonald's standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation while maintaining a clean and organized beverage station.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare McCafe beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, frappes, smoothies, and other specialty beverages, in accordance with McDonald's standards.Follow all recipes, build cards, and preparation procedures to ensure consistent product quality.Greet customers warmly and provide quick, accurate service.Maintain service speed while ensuring beverage quality and presentation.Keep the beverage station clean, stocked, and organized at all times.Monitor product levels and restock cups, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed.Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and correctly.Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.Assist with other restaurant duties as needed to support the team.RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail to ensure beverage accuracy and quality.Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.Ability to follow procedures and recipes consistently.Team-oriented with good communication skills.Basic math and cash handling skills if working a service position.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods of time.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to move quickly and safely within a busy restaurant environment.Work EnvironmentFast-paced restaurant environment with frequent customer interaction.May require early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
