Here is a snapshot of what the position entails:

  • Manage a guest focused, guest driven restaurant
  • Develop Asst Managers and Team Leads, with all whom exceed guest expectations, grow sales and maximize profit by rigorously selecting, diligently training and thoughtfully coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Implement incentives to improve speed of service and product quality
  • Ensure your respected store is adequately staffed with quality Team Members and Shift Supervisors
  • Implement and devise a Local Store Marketing Plan (Getting out into the Community)
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales growth
  • Maintain management depth and knowledge by regularly planning for continued success, actively recruiting and critically selecting internal and external management candidates.
  • Maintain All Food Safety Standards and implement Food Safety Initiatives
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, Quick Books required
  • Lead day-to-day operations of their respected stores
  • Early morning availability is a must!!
  • Be home for the afternoon, evening and night.
