About Us
Little Scholars Services is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention team serving children from birth through age 5.
We believe clinicians should spend more time treating patients and less time completing paperwork. Our team utilizes
state of the art Artificial Intelligence to assist with documentation, treatment planning, progress reports, data summaries, and other clinical reporting. AI serves as a
clinical support tool only and never replaces the clinician's professional judgment. Every document is reviewed and approved by the treating therapist.

Responsibilities- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence based Early Intervention services
- Educate and collaborate with families
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Complete timely clinical documentation using AI assisted tools
- Collaborate with Speech, Occupational Therapy, ABA, Psychology, and Educational teams
Qualifications
Required- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current or eligible California Speech Language Pathology License
- CCC SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office
Preferred- Doctoral degree including SLPD, EdD, or PhD
- Experience with Early Intervention, autism, developmental delays, feeding, AAC, and pediatric communication disorders
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
