  • Additional Info: HEALing Community Health's LCSW provides counseling and therapy for mental, emotional, and addictive disorders, conducts clinical assessments, develops treatment plans, and facilitates discharge/transition planning. Serves as primary coordinator of behavioral health services, linking patients and families to community resources, assisting in crisis prevention/management, and supporting personal goal-setting.
