Job description

Pediatric Case Manager RN

Pediatric Case Manager RN position available. Pediatric experience is required. Full-time position with a day shift schedule. Shift times may vary, but will be during standard business hours. First timers are accepted for this role. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Will float within the scope of case management services to meet facility needs. Must have experience in care coordination and discharge planning. Familiarity with pediatric patient populations is essential. Charting experience in Epic is mandatory for this position. Candidates must not be a local resident, with a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility. No on-call requirements for this role. Availability for holidays may be necessary. References must be provided covering one year of experience in the relevant field. Candidates must be prepared for a potential examination of their RN license status. COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements may vary by facility. Travelers can expect a structured orientation and onboarding process. Housing options should be explored in the local area due to potential limitations. Modules for compliance are required pre-start and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported and recorded accordingly.
