Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Asset Servicing Specialists to act as SMEs within Securities Operations. The role focuses on supporting complex asset servicing events, ensuring accuracy in corporate actions processing, and partnering with technology and business teams across the Eagle Investment Systems platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as SME for Eagle Investment Systems , supporting asset servicing workflows including corporate actions, income processing, and securities settlement
  • Process and validate complex corporate actions (mandatory, voluntary, and mandatory with choice) end-to-end in Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE
  • Support data integrity, reconciliation, and exception resolution across asset servicing operations
  • Partner with technology teams for system upgrades, patches, enhancements, UAT, and defect tracking
  • Provide guidance and training to junior operations staff on Eagle platform usage and asset servicing processes
  • Identify and escalate operational risks; support root cause analysis and remediation
  • Collaborate with fund accounting, custody, and client services to resolve discrepancies impacting NAV
  • Support client/fund onboarding through configuration and validation of asset servicing parameters
  • Contribute to SOPs, job aids, and training documentation
  • Participate in regulatory, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in asset servicing, securities operations, or fund administration
  • Hands-on experience with Eagle Investment Systems (Eagle STAR / Eagle PACE / Eagle Data Warehouse)
  • Strong knowledge of corporate actions lifecycle, income events, and proxy processing
  • Understanding of equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Experience in reconciliation and break resolution
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in custodian bank or global financial institution environment
  • Exposure to SWIFT messaging (MT54x, MT56x) and DTC/DTCC processes
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSDR, SEC Rule 17f-5)
  • Prior involvement in Eagle platform implementations or migrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
