FocusPoint is partnering with a respected, growth‑oriented organization to identify an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior‑level leadership. This role is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and excels at managing complex priorities with discretion and precision.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to C‑suite leadership, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, deliverables, and executive priorities. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This position requires a hands‑on, detail‑driven approach and the ability to manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, including meetings, conferences, travel, and high‑priority engagements

  • Serve as a trusted liaison, ensuring executives are informed of upcoming commitments and follow‑ups

  • Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, agendas, minutes, and reports

  • Screen and route calls, visitors, mail, and email with professionalism and accuracy

  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation, including materials related to board activity

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables

  • Support invoicing, expense tracking, and departmental administrative processes

  • Coordinate and facilitate events, meetings, and team activities

Required Qualifications
  • Eight or more years of administrative support experience, including direct support to C‑suite or senior executives

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Advanced proficiency with business software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
