Job description

Position Summary


E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an experienced AA&E Logistics Specialist / Ordnance Logistics SME to provide technical and logistical support to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Eight (EODMU8) and EODMU8 Detachment Europe at Naval Station Rota, Spain. The position supports the management, accountability, and maintenance oversight of Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E) and Combat Weapon Systems (CWS).


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage AA&E and weapons inventory accountability using Navy logistics systems, including OIS and ELMS.
  • Support receipt, issue, tracking, and readiness reporting of ordnance assets.
  • Perform inventory reviews, reconciliation, and discrepancy reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for Navy 3M maintenance programs and SKED scheduling.
  • Conduct maintenance verification checks and quality assurance reviews.
  • Prepare required inventory, maintenance, and status reports.
  • Maintain compliance with Navy ordnance, logistics, and safety procedures.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 0800-1630


Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen with an active SECRET security clearance.
  • Extensive Navy ordnance, weapons, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience with OIS, ELMS, and Navy 3M/SKED systems.
  • Knowledge of AA&E management and Navy ammunition procedures.
  • Prior military experience at E-7 level or higher preferred.
