Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing learning and development programming or coordinating complex projects and programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and data. Bachelor's degree in educational technology, healthcare or related field is required. Thorough knowledge of educational principles and strategies. Strong interpersonal and customer services skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities while working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, databases, learning management systems and e-learning and web tools.
