Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a combination of sales, technology, and operations experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and comfortable working across multiple departments including sales, marketing, IT, customer service, and warehouse operations.

This role requires someone who understands both the digital side of e-commerce and the physical side of warehousing and fulfillment. The right candidate will oversee online sales growth while also ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and overall customer satisfaction from order placement through delivery.

The E-Commerce Manager will play a key role in improving online performance, optimizing warehouse processes, supporting sales growth, and maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Digital Operations
  • Oversee daily operations, updates, and performance of the e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, or similar)
  • Manage product listings, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and product launches
  • Optimize website user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates and customer journey
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
  • Analyze key performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and customer engagement using Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Improve website performance and online sales growth through data-driven decision making
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, IT, and customer service teams to support company initiatives
  • Maintain marketplace compliance and overall online brand presentation
Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Support sales growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategies
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and retention
  • Build relationships across departments and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and partners
  • Bring an energetic and outgoing approach to team collaboration and business development
Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations
  • Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and visibility across warehouse and online platforms
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and fulfillment performance
  • Coordinate shipping timelines, carrier relationships, and freight/logistics operations
  • Improve warehouse efficiency, order accuracy, and fulfillment turnaround times
  • Oversee returns processing, inspections, and restocking procedures
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs including lead times, shipping costs, order accuracy, and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, operations, or related fields
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar systems
  • Background in both e-commerce operations and warehouse/fulfillment environments
  • Experience with inventory management and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and online merchandising
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot systems and operational issues
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
