- Lead resolution of commerce-related operational issues, coordinating across teams to identify root causes, minimize customer and business impact, and implement solutions that reduce recurrence.
- Balance day-to-day commerce operations and issue resolution with product launches, platform development, and longer-term optimization priorities.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce strategy, digital customer experience, merchandising, product and catalog management, and commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end digital commerce ecosystem, including eCommerce platforms, ERP, CRM, CMS, payment processing, fulfillment, analytics, and system integrations.
- Ability to develop and execute eCommerce strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and revenue goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret eCommerce KPIs, customer behavior, and business performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to define business and functional requirements and effectively partner with technical teams throughout design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and initiatives in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve operational and technology issues, assess business and customer impact, and develop scalable solutions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to establish priorities, delegate responsibilities, coach employees, and foster accountability.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships across Technology, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Experience, and other business functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Sound business judgment with the ability to balance immediate operational needs with longer-term strategic priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
