Position Summary

Spring Footwear Corp is seeking an E-Commerce Systems & Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of our B2C and drop-ship e-commerce platforms. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, providing backend system administration, troubleshooting, and operational support across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, ERP, and related systems.

The E-Commerce Systems Administrator works closely with the E-Commerce Systems Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order flow, product setup, inventory management, and platform stability while maintaining Spring Footwear’s high standard of service.


Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Platforms & Systems Support

  • Provide daily backend support for Shopify, Amazon Seller Central (FBM/FBA), Walmart, and internal ERP.
  • Monitor order processing, integrations, and transactions to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot technical, functional, and operational issues related to e-commerce platforms and third-party applications.
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights across e-commerce systems and EDI platforms.

Product & Inventory Administration

  • Assist with product setup and maintenance across B2C channels, including images, descriptions, pricing, and attributes.
  • Upload, update, and edit product data using CSV files and platform backends.
  • Support inventory reconciliation, discrepancy research, and file maintenance.
  • Perform routine audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Dropship & OMS Support

  • Support drop-ship customer onboarding, setup, testing, and maintenance.
  • Assist with monitoring order flow between e-commerce platforms and ERP.
  • Help respond to operational inquiries related to order status, tracking, and processing.
  • Participate in system testing cycles and document results.

Marketplace Support (Amazon & Walmart)

  • Monitor and assist with resolving marketplace errors, alerts, and cases.
  • Support listing updates, image changes, and product data corrections.
  • Assist with chargeback and dispute cases (Amazon, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay).
  • Help ensure compliance with marketplace requirements and internal standards.

Marketing & Integration Support

  • Assist with backend support for marketing tools and platform integrations (Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, email platforms).
  • Help maintain integrations between Shopify and social media platforms.
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of marketing automation tools.

Documentation & Process Support

  • Assist with documenting processes, procedures, and system workflows.
  • Support implementation, testing, and rollout of system updates and improvements.
  • Communicate system-related updates or issues to internal teams as directed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, systems administration, or platform support
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify required
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center preferred
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Experience working with ERP, integrations, and CSV file uploads
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
