     Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work on Vehicle and Stage for Testing with a Pre identified Test Plan.
  • Work to update vehicle hardware and components on vehicle for testing.
  • Familiar and knowledgeable to work on all vehicle systems.
  • Collect Data and interpret results.
  • Familiar with Computer and ability to read and collect data.
  • Ability to drive Vehicle on Test Track.
  • Testing and Data Collection: Operate dynamometers to conduct performance tests on vehicles, including measuring horsepower, torque, emissions, and other relevant parameters. Collect and analyze data using specialized software and tools. 
  • Performance Tuning: Collaborate with automotive engineers and technicians to optimize vehicle performance based on dyno test results. Adjust parameters such as fuel mixture, ignition timing, and air-to-fuel ratios. 
  • Diagnostic Analysis: Interpret test data to diagnose performance issues, anomalies, and potential mechanical problems in vehicles. Provide insights and recommendations to the engineering team. 
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on dynamometer equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement. Coordinate with maintenance staff for more extensive repairs.
