Job Summary:
CirrusLabs is a niche digital transformation company focused on helping customers realize value through innovation. They are seeking a Senior DynamoDB Lead to design, implement, and maintain DynamoDB databases while leading a team of database professionals and optimizing database performance.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain DynamoDB databases in line with best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of database professionals.
• Optimize database performance through monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement database security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions.
• Manage backup, recovery, and scalability strategies for DynamoDB.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in DynamoDB and AWS services.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a DynamoDB expert, preferably in a leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of NoSQL database concepts and DynamoDB's unique features.
• Strong experience with AWS services, particularly relating to DynamoDB.
