Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support enterprise Customer Service solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Your work will directly support modernization initiatives within the Department of Veterans Affairs by enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and enterprise service delivery.

What You'll DoMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Development
  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and process automation.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements.
Enterprise Integration
  • Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Support Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
Solution Delivery
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Follow Microsoft development best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across Dynamics 365 solutions.
Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of overall IT experience.
  • Experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
