Sie arbeiten eng mit den Fachbereichen sowie externen Implementierungspartnern zusammen und gestalten unsere internationale CRM-Landschaft aktiv mit.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Technische Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung unserer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps mit Schwerpunkt Dynamics 365 Sales und Customer Insights-Journeys
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Erweiterungen, Automatisierungen und Anwendungen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse und der Power Platform
  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen aus Vertrieb, Marketing und weiteren Unternehmensbereichen sowie Ableitung technischer Lösungskonzepte
  • Integration von Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE mit angrenzenden Unternehmenssystemen wie ERP, SharePoint, BI-Lösungen und weiteren Fachanwendungen
  • Unterstützung bei Datenmigrationen, Schnittstellenentwicklungen und Systemintegrationen
  • Analyse, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse und Anwendungen
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Dokumentation sowie Unterstützung des Application Lifecycle Managements
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, der IT sowie externen Dienstleistern
Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik und / oder abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Anpassung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement und/oder der Microsoft Power Platform
  • Gute Kenntnisse in C#/.NET und/oder JavaScript/TypeScript
