Functional Lead                           

Looking for a Functional Lead Consultant to manage the migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales, with a focus on implementing custom AI/Copilot functionalities within the telecom domain. This role emphasizes process re-engineering to optimize business operations rather than a simple as-is migration

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional aspects of the Salesforce to D365 CRM Sales migration.
  • Design and implement custom AI/Copilot functionalities.
  • Re-engineer business processes to leverage the full capabilities of D365 CRM.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify and implement alternate solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to replace Salesforce custom-built functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
  • Conduct training and support for end-users.

Candidates with extensive experience on D365 CRM CE and Salesforce are preferred.
