Unarmed Flex Security Officer
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ (Coverage includes Sierra Vista, Cochise, and Douglas areas)
Pay Rate: $17.00-$20.75 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Unarmed Flex Security Officer to provide coverage across multiple locations in the Sierra Vista, Cochise, and Douglas, AZ areas. This position requires flexibility and a strong commitment to safety, as officers will be assigned to various sites as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide unarmed security services at assigned locations
  • Conduct patrols (vehicle and/or foot) as required
  • Fill in for call-offs and provide on-call coverage
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity
  • Write detailed incident and activity reports
  • Follow all company and client security protocols
Requirements:
  • Must possess a current and active Arizona (AZDPS) Unarmed Guard Card
  • Prior security experience required
  • Flex, mobile patrol, or multi-site experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
Availability:
  • Must have open availability
  • Able to work any shift, including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be willing to accept on-call assignments
