This full-time position is based onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Morristown, NJ. You will be part of a passionate healthcare team that includes fellow physical therapists, occupational therapists, and allied health professionals. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., promoting work-life balance and a supportive atmosphere. • Conduct thorough physical evaluations of patients to assess their conditions and functional capabilities, using assessment tools and strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices and specialized therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced techniques.
• Utilize a range of interventions to effectively manage pain and optimize movement, ensuring continuous tracking of patient progress and adapting plans as necessary.
• Instruct patients and their families on proper body mechanics, rehabilitation exercises, and methods for preventing further injury.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop holistic care plans that address both physical and psychosocial aspects of recovery.
• Document treatment interventions, patient responses, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

You will engage with a diverse array of patients experiencing conditions such as orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, chronic pain syndromes, neurological issues, and balance disorders. Our approach emphasizes personalized care that empowers patients and enhances their functional outcomes. By fostering strong therapeutic relationships, you will help patients regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is required.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working in a rehabilitation or related setting, demonstrating the ability to treat a variety of physical conditions.
• Solid foundation in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Experience treating specific conditions such as post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and sports injuries.
• Diverse clinical experience in settings such as outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for patient documentation and scheduling.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and colleagues across various disciplines.
