The Mixing Operator is responsible for the safe operation and loading of mixing equipment and for operating, setting up, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with company quality, safety, and regulatory standards (Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, Critical Control Point, and Griffith Production System).As a Mixing Operator your responsibilities will include:Ability to safely operate production equipment.Verify and ensure accurate counts of raw materials needed to produce a blended product.Addition of raw materials to the blender following the manufacturing sequence on the formula.Discharging blended product from the blender using the prescribed screen size.Following specified customer sampling requirements of blended product.Filling out of daily schedule control to document production, quality, and performance.Cleaning and sanitizing the production equipment and tools, including work area.Disposal of trash and garbage containers.Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
