Join our Tampa site as a Packaging Engineer, where you will play a critical role in supporting GMP packaging processes and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to compliant manufacturing while working on impactful, cross-functional projects.

This is a fully sitebased role. Working together in person supports close, realtime collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do

  • Provide technical support to GMP packaging processes and ensure compliance across all projects
  • Write and review protocols, including executed protocols and master batch records
  • Develop, review, and approve SOPs, specifications, and GMP documentation
  • Recommend, specify, and implement GMP packaging equipment, including qualification activities
  • Lead and support process validation activities for commercial packaging processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to deliver projects
  • Support continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence initiatives

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment (GMP experience required)
  • Strong knowledge of packaging processes, validation, and qualification within cGMP standards
  • Experience writing and reviewing technical documentation such as SOPs, protocols, and batch records
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
