What are the qualifications?

  • Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program

  • DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program

  • Clinical scope to include extractions, dental sedation, bone grafting, dental implants and facial trauma treatment

  • Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain

  • Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain

  • Candidates licensing and/or relocating are welcome to apply
