We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Analyst. The ability to obtain a public trust clearance is required. Key Responsibilities: * Analyzes stakeholders business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using ServiceNow modules like Service Catalog and Workflow. * Develops artifacts such as workflows using Visio and other tools to document stakeholders current state and future state requirements. * Works closely with Development team in conveying all requirements by creating development stories using agile best practices. * Schedules and leads stakeholder requirements sessions to obtain all requirements. * Works closely with Program and Project Managers to ensure projects goals and objectives are met. * Business lead for multiple projects at various project management phases. * Leads UAT Testing with developers and stakeholders. * Conducts ServiceNow Demos to stakeholders and internal team members. * Completes and submits weekly reports for all projects. * Attends daily and weekly calls and reports risks or issues to Project Manager immediately or during daily stand-up meetings. * Documents all updates, risks, issues, and artifacts using the ServiceNow PRJ project record and ensures all project record milestones for each phase are completed for projects. Qualifications: * 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst * Bachelors degree * Strong analytical skills and knowledge of ServiceNow process automation * Knowledge of creating development stories. * Experience in Agile Development process, working in an agile development environment and attending scrum ceremonies and the purpose of those ceremonies. * Experience using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management module specifically for Project Management, Agile and Test 2.0. * ServiceNow Training, ServiceNow Administrator or Business Process Consultant Certification Physical and Mental Qualifications: * Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours. * Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard) * Able to lift up to 15 pounds. * Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language * Execute tasks independently and work as a team. * Learns and memories routine tasks. * Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills * Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.
