  • Part-time, under 29 hours/week
  • Start at Minimum Wage, plus tips after successful completion of In-Store Training

Description:
The part-time Broista position is primarily responsible for handcrafting Dutch Bros drinks while following set recipes, guidelines and the vision of the company. A Broista is expected to provide excellent customer service at all times, proving to our customers that we are apeople company serving coffee, not a coffee company serving people.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant standing/walking, up to 8 hours at a time
  • Constant receiving of detailed information through oral and written communication
  • Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
  • Constant clarity of vision at near or far distances
  • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s), spine and neck
  • Frequent cash handling requiring competent math skills
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds
